Note:  The April 10, 2016 concert had a last minute change in program. The songs originally scheduled to be performed by Avery Amereau in the second half of the program were replaced by different selections, performed by David Leigh, bass. These changes were not able to be included in the program notes. We do not have detailed program notes for these changes, but additional information about Mr. Leigh's selections in the program are included in Supplemental Notes.
